We will collaborate with and advise your IT department, performing most of the duties of a traditional CIO: aligning the business and IT strategies, analyzing and reworking processes, and facilitating technological change. The Virtual CTO is similar but specializes more on the technology infrastructure.

This is a full review of your entire IT environment, from a Technical Assessment of your infrastructure and hardware, to a full evaluation of your business applications and their utilization. Once we have a good picture of your current landscape, we will develop a road map to get you where you want to go, ensuring your technology strategy is aligned with your business strategy.
Project Management / General Contractor
The technological road map will identify several projects, some of which you may have the resources to manage, and others you may not. We can provide oversight on any project to make sure your requirements, timeline, and budgets are maintained. We can either Project Manage with your resources and vendors, or act as a General Contractor to identify and manage all the resources required to successfully complete the project.
