Range of Offerings
Virtual CIO / CTO
We will collaborate with and advise your IT department, performing most of the duties of a traditional CIO: ensuring the business and IT strategies are aligned, analyzing and reworking processes, and facilitating technological change. The Virtual CTO is similar but specializes more on the technology infrastructure or product management.
COMPLeTE IT StrategIC Analysis
This analysis includes both the Technology Assessment and Business Application Review, but starts with an understanding of your overall business strategy. The result will be a multi-year, multi-project road map that will take you from where you are to where you want to be with a technology strategy that is in-line with your business strategy.
TEchnology Assessment
This assessment focuses on your network and infrastructure. We will review your current asset inventory, network topology, disaster recovery / business continuity configuration, vendor spend and contracts to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, reduced risk, and more supportable systems.
Individual Project Management
The road map will identify several projects, some of which you may have the resources to manage, and others you may not. We can provide oversight on any project to make sure your requirements, timeline, and budgets are maintained. We identify key risks and plan mitigation before they become real issues and impact the project timeline, cost, or scope.
Business Applications Review
During this review, we will look at all the primary systems in use and how information flows through your organization. Key stakeholders will be interviewed to identify what works well and what does not. From there, we will identify potential upgrades, new modules to introduce, or any conversions that will make your personnel as productive as possible.
General Contractor
The General Contractor is similar to the Project Management offering, but we run the project from inception through delivery. We identify and manage all resources needed to get the job done with minimal impact to your internal resources, other than direct project members, if needed. There will always be a business liaison, but we will manage all vendors for you.
