How we got here…
With over 25 years of experience in both the Big Consulting and Corporate IT worlds, we noticed a disjoint between the services offered by traditional consulting companies and what is actually needed by the client - rarely do these two perfectly align. You may like some things from one vendor and other things from another, but both want to charge hours for Partner relationships and unnecessary Project Management to help cover their own overhead. You typically end up with a large commitment before you even truly understand what you are going to get.
Small and medium sized businesses cannot afford to do this - going all-in before the final card is turned is extremely risky. That’s where we look to provide value - crunching the numbers and giving odds of the most likely outcomes. As Information Technology Advisors, we are not looking for the big sell or the next upsell. Our primary focus is to be help you make the best decisions for your organization - across price, value, and organizational disruption - regardless of the project or vendors involved. We hope our experiences, both positive and negative, can help you streamline and be more confident in the technological decisions you make.
Unlike other consultancies, we are not looking to replace your IT Department, but rather to supplement their strategic capabilities.
